The couple’s firm Holmes and Away – described as set up to receive income from radio broadcasting – paid around £265,000 in Corporation Tax in the last two years.
That means his taxable income was about £1.3m for that period, according to a Daily Star report.
Another outfit for television activities called Red, White and Green run by Eamonn has assets of £774,000 but did not pay any tax in 2021.
A company called Hey-Ho Ltd in Ruth’s name for “theatrical” business has resources of £2.3million – including £1.1million in cash.
Accounts filed from that company showed it paid £623,111 in Corporation Tax since 2020 and took in £1.5m in loans from the firm.
The couple earn large salaries from presenting and they own a mansion in Surrey worth millions.

“It was a self-esteem thing.
“You think ‘nah I’m out of here, bye!’ So that was it.
