Fans of the star needn’t worry though, as the small wound wasn’t serious, in fact Ant didn’t even know he was bleeding until Dec pointed it out to him.
As an act involving dozens of coconuts was set up on stage, Ant did his best to crack one using different parts of his body.

“I think I nearly broke my knuckle.”
After tapping it against his head, he gritted his teeth and said to someone out of shot: “Why did you say forehead? Because I was bound to try…”
Seconds later, Dec told him: “You’ve cut your head on a coconut.”
Feigning outrage, Ant pointed behind the camera and said: “How irresponsible are you?”

A medic had a little fun with the injured star, telling him he’d need to change his dressing every day for three weeks.
Ant laughed: “This is very extreme for a little tap on the forehead.”
Failing to learn his lesson, Ant was soon back out on stage unsuccessfully striking more coconuts.
