I’m a woman of 23. When I was 20 I went through a rough breakup that sent me into a dark depression.

I barely had the energy to get out of bed.
It was a year before I went to the doctor for help.
Though I now brush my teeth twice a day, they’re yellow and sensitive from neglect.
