The former Coronation Street actress welcomed daughter Iris with husband Tom Pitfield in April.
Catherine, 38, shared a snap on her Instagram Stories of her daughter snuggled up asleep on her chest.
She wrote across it: “Be in the moment, prioritise the now…my ‘now’ is pretty special.”
The post comes a day after the actress said she was ‘sorry not sorry’ for spamming her followers with pictures of her daughter.
The snaps included the baby being held by family members as well as her wearing an array of adorable outfits.

Catherine told Hello!: “I’ve had the name Iris for years. A while back, I played a character called Iris Moss in the BBC drama Lilies and I have loved it ever since then.”
