Before you give up on your yellowed whites completely, here’s a laundry hack to consider.
Jeeves shows his viewers how to turn a yellow piece of clothing white again with a quick tutorial[/caption]Laundry expert Jeeves posted a TikTok video with instructions on how to remove all yellow stains from clothing.
He says: “Sweat will stain your clothes because of something called oxidation.
“It’s the same reason why cut-up apples and avocados turn brown.”
He zooms in a yellowed hat that used to be white at one point in time.

“To fix this, spray your garment with water and dish soap. Scrub with your favorite stain mover and let it sit overnight.
“Wash with a high-quality detergent on cold. Do not tumble dry.”
When Jeeves holds up the hat again, it still has a slight yellow tinge to it.
He continues by explaining that the whitening process can get even better.

He says: “Fill up a bucket with hot water and a bit of OxiClean. Let it sit overnight again.
“Rewash and all your sweat stains will be gone. You’ll have that beautiful white back again.”
