In the post, the bra expert talks through why her model’s underwear is badly fitting and begins: “First off, let’s start with the cups.”
Double boob or quad boob – whatever it means to you, this is not comfortable and always means that your breast tissue is coming out of the bra cup.”
“We want it inside, encapuslated. So, if you’re wearing a bra, look out for quad boob because that means it’s badly fitting.”

She goes on to note that with a new bra, you always want to wear it on the loosest hook.

Next, the educational TikTok user moves onto the straps.
“The straps always want a two finger tension so I should be able to pop two fingers underneath the strap and not pull away too far,” she explains.
“We always want our sliders to stay in line with the top of the armpit – depending on your torso length it may come up a little higher, but definitely not on top of your shoulder.”
She continues: “With the centre-front of your wires, you always want it to sit back and you shouldn’t be able to pull it away from your body.”
“It should sit back between your boobs as closely as possible.”
And finally, the professional bra fitter discusses the under wires.
“The underwires on this bra reach around but not far enough, so we’re seeing the underwire dig into breast tissue which can become really uncomfortable,” she says.
“We always see you say my bra hurts under my armpits and that’s because your cup is too small.”
The informative post has since racked up a whopping 80,000 views – with many taking to the comments section.
