Despite being described as “spacious” on the listing, the flat is in fact so tiny that the shower is next to the bed.
Not only that, but the shower is surrounded by a clear screen, offering users no privacy.
Tenants will have to make a quick grab for their towels as they step out of the shower and into the path of the flat’s single window.
The Birmingham property, listed on Rightmove by Midland Housing, also comes complete with a cooker by the wall of the lounge area, next to an armchair.
In the listing, they described the property as “spacious” without irony.

One prospective tenant commented online saying: “It’s shockingly small.”
