He has filled his Instagram profile with ripped images showing him training topless at the gym, as well as ‘work out with me’ videos.

Jay has also shared a link to his fitness-focussed Instagram page, TRAINWITHYNGR, under the name YNGRFIT.
He teased the first slew of content would arrive on September 1.
Jay previously explained why he wanted to head back to his job, and said: “I don’t think my life will change that much to be honest.
“I’m going back to work on Monday and sure there’s some commercial opportunities out there in the short term, but I think longer term I’ll be back at work doing my thing and back to my day job.”

The reality star had two months of unpaid annual leave given to him to go on the hit show, and said his work were “so cool” with him appearing on Love Island.
Jay isn’t the only star to return to his day job since leaving the villa, with bombshell Adam Collard also returning to work as a PT.
