Love Island’s Antigoni breaks the silence over her feud with Ekin-Su

LOVE Island star Antigoni Buxton has broken her silence over her feud with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu in a new podcast.

The former reality TV bombshell – who rose to fame this summer – opened up about rumours she and Ekin-Su, 27, had become enemies over “salty comments”.

Love Island bombshell Antigoni, 26, was seen branding her former co-star as “dishonest and misleading” earlier this month.

Now, the singer has weighed in on rumours that she “doesn’t like Ekin-Su” in a new podcast with YouTube star Chuckie Online.

“There’s this narrative online that I don’t like Ekin-Su,” she said. “There’s all this like, ‘You’ve been shading her’, but I’ve not ever once said in any interview that I ever had a problem with Ekin-Su.

“All I said was there was one moment I found that we had a little bit of a thing and we spoke about it, it was fine and we moved on.”

She concluded: “When I went to the Reunion, the first thing I did when I saw Davide and Ekin-Su come in was I knocked on their dressing room door and said congratulations.

“I said, ‘By the way there’s some stuff online and I hope you know that’s not how I feel at all’.

“Ekin was like, ‘I don’t care about what is online’, and that was that.”

Previously, Antigoni slammed Ekin-Su for not making it clear she was going to choose her beau Davide Sanclimenti in the recoupling that saw Antigoni dumped from the Majorcan villa.

Speaking on YouTube show Reality with Will Njobvu, she added: “She literally made it seem like she was going to choose Charlie. The thing that bothered me was the misleading.

She went on: “She should pick who ever she wants. It was frustrating because even if you just pulled me to the side at lunch. Not because I own everybody but it left us blind-sided.”

Despite insisting that she felt Ekin-Su was a “brilliant” person, fans were certain the comments showed a secret feud between them.

The following day, fans reached out to Ekin-Su, writing: “Don’t associate with Antigoni she’s been giving salty interviews about you everywhere!”

The Turkish actress was among those who had liked the comment, left under snaps of her and boyfriend Davide, 27.

Singer Antigoni shook up the villa after she was selected by Italian hunk Davide to couple up – but was swiped back by Ekin-Su.

She was then sent home in a double dumping when the boys decided bombshell Danica Taylor, who had arrived a week earlier, should be allowed a second chance to find love.

She and Charlie Radnedge, who was also sent home after failing to hit it off with any of the girls, were then evicted.
