Primark fans are going wild as it brings back a popular 90s trend & even Love Island’s Gemma Owen is getting involved
FASHION fans have been sent into a frenzy after spotting that Primark has brought back a cult 90’s trend – cargo trousers.
It comes just days after Fabulous revealed that shoppers were left in uproar after seeing the high-street store selling two cult Noughties trends – ballet pumps and a Paris-Hilton inspired pink velour tracksuit.

And it seems it isn’t just social media users jumping on the return of the iconic trousers – with Love Island’s Gemma Owen also spotted out and about in a beige-coloured pair.
In one video, which has since received over 66,000 views, fashion enthusiast Becca Jayne shared a short clip from her local Primark store showing the cargo trousers in a green and a pink shade.
She captioned the post: “These new primark cargos are chefs kiss.”

In a second clip, she shares a snap of an orange pair hanging up on the rail and enthuses: “New colours in the Primark cargo jeans.”
Another TikTok user named Niamh also posted a video of herself trying on a bright green pair, before branding them “unreal.”

The posts have since been inundated with comments from fashion fans who are clearly delighted that the trend has made a strong return.
“Facts I’ve got the pink ones and omg they are banging,” wrote one.
