Who is Fatiha El-Ghorri?
Fatiha El-Ghorri is an actress, writer and comedian.
She was born in Hackney and is of Moroccan and British heritage.
While her exact age is unknown, during a stand-up routine on Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club in 2020, she revealed that she was 39 years old.
Fatiha also works on many social and humanitarian causes with her comedy, having appeared on BBC Radio London.
She “uses comedy to break down the barriers that she has come up against as a Muslim and as a woman,” as per Arab News.
Penny Appeal wrote that “She tackles some very controversial subjects like Islamophobia and dating by sharing her own experiences, which are funny, thought-provoking and honest.“

Speaking to The National about her divorces, she said: “I was married, and then I was divorced, and then I was married again and then I got divorced again because I don’t learn the first time.

“After my second marriage, I wanted to do something for myself.
“Not because he didn’t let me do that, but when you’re in a relationship, you give so much time to the relationship and working that your hobbies get put on the backburner.
“I’d always wanted to try stand-up comedy, so I did.”
