THERE are lots of reasons your boobs might be sore or swollen, but few ways to find relief.
One woman said she found a $32 bralette that’s like a “weighted blanket” for her chest, even when her breast swelling is at its worst.
On her TikTok, fashion blogger Carly Rivlin posted a clip alerting her 142k followers to the miracle bra.
“This is a PSA,” she declared at the start of the video, posing in the supportive bra top in front of her mirror.
“If your boobs hurt because of your period, they’re growing, they’re shrinking, whatever,” she said, “this bralette has quite literally been the only thing that’s stopped me from crying today.”
The Sculpting Bralette, $32, from Skims, is “technically shapewear,” but it’s a better choice for swollen boobs than lounge bras, Rivlin insisted.

The fabric of the shapewear provides light compression, which is more comfortable than other materials, she explained.
“It’s like a weighted blanket for my t*****s,” Rivlin said.
Plus, the adjustable straps allow wearers to keep the bra from being too tight.
“I don’t know what magic is in this bralette,” Rivlin said. “All I know is I need it in every color.”

The blogger ordered her bra in a size small, but if you want more room, you can also size up when you buy the bra yourself.
Her viewers thanked Rivlin for her recommendation, and said they’d purchased the bra because of her enthusiasm.
