HELEN Skelton has shared a snap enjoying quality time with her kids amid her Strictly training after vowing to juggle both.

The Countryfile presenter has three children with her estranged husband Richie Myler, who she split from earlier this year.

Despite juggling her presenting work with grueling training for the first Strictly live show next weekend, Helen still has managed to find time to spend with her kids.

Taking to Instagram, the 39-year-old shared a picture of her sons Ernie and Louis running around their grandmother’s garden.

With the sun going down behind them, Helen captioned the happy image: “It’s not so grim up north. Grateful for warm nights in grannies garden #cumbria #home #autumn love.”

Helen, who also has baby daughter Elsie with Richie, recently said of signing up to Strictly: “People keep saying, ‘You’ve got kids, how are you going to juggle it?’

“Most mums go to work and any mum who gets a chance to go to work and have their make-up done, their tea made and they learn something fun, that’s a gift, isn’t it? That’s why I wanted to do it.”

Pals have told how the former Blue Peter presenter hopes the sparkle of the ballroom show will help her bounce back from the breakdown of her marriage earlier this year.

Helen only announced her break with rugby league ace Richie, 32, four months after their third child was born.

He was by then already dating marketing executive Stephanie Thirkill, 32.

A source said: “It’s the perfect way to bounce back.

“Most people are absolutely desperate to avoid the Strictly curse but Helen would love it to give her some confidence back.

“She’s a great signing for the show and enormously popular with viewers, especially after what has happened to her lately.

“Everyone on the inside thinks she could end up going a very long way.”

Strictly Come Dancing begins on Friday, September 23 with the launch show, followed by the first live show on Saturday, September 24.
