A WOMAN who often travels the world has revealed one of the “game-changing” items she always takes on flights.
Jenelle Manzi, a professional ballerina from New York, explained that she always finds her legs swelling up on flights.
While not ideal for a ballet dancer, she said there is a certain item that has helped her on long flights.
She told Conde Nast Traveler: “I have always had a sluggish lymph system and my legs swell super easily when I fly.
“These compression leggings are a game changer for airplane swelling.”
She said she swears by her compression leggings from brand Ricari, although will set you back $150.
