WITH temperatures dropping, it’s more important than ever to find ways to keep your children’s duvets covering them at night – especially if you want to avoid unnecessary wake-ups.
And one savvy mum has come up with a genius technique to ensure the duvet stays in place all night long.
It’s all about the position of the duvet, according to mum, and Calm and Bright Sleep Support founder, Eve.
Eve took to her TikTok page to share her clever trick, which involves laying the duvet horizontally in the cover, rather than vertically.
“IS YOUR CHILD WAKING COLD IN THE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING?” Eve captioned her video.
“Our duvet tuck trick has been saving sleep for over a decade now.

In the clip, she went into more detail about the hack, as she wrote: “Place it ‘the wrong way’ in a full size single duvet cover
“The duvet lies horizontally, not vertically.
“You should have half duvet, half spare fabric.
