I’m midsize – I was so excited to try Kim Kardashian’s viral Skims dress, but it was not worth the hype
FANS of the Kardashians have been splurging to buy items from Kim’s famous clothing line.
However, some Skims shoppers don’t think the products are worth their high price tags.
TikTok user Carissa S, who runs the account Lil_miss_riss, tried on the viral Skims dress, and wasn’t too impressed.
Kim Kardashian’s clothing line is very popular with social media users, however, it’s known for being a bit pricey.
The black soft lounge long slip dress is available for $78 from the Skims website.
“I’m about to try on the long Skims TikTok viral dress and I’m in no way a fan of the Kardashians or anything,” the TikToker explained.

Carissa told her followers that she purchased the popular dress to wear as part of a Halloween costume.
“This might be an anti-influence post,” she said, before trying on the dress.
Modeling the look, Carissa detailed: “I don’t understand how it’s $80 because this is really stretchy.”
The Skims line is advertised as sculpting and skin-tight to hug and highlight your curves.

She explained: “It’s a lined ribbed material. It’s a normal bodycon dress.”
Carissa told her viewers that she thinks the dress is overhyped and not worth the price.
However, she did acknowledge that the garment made her body and ass look nice.
“Curves, great,” Carissa concluded.
