I order a sweet Princess rug from Shein but what arrived in the post a week later just made me laugh
IT’S ALWAYS a bit of a risk ordering furniture and home accessories online since there’s no way of know what they’ll look like in your own space.
But you can usually get a rough idea from pictures online – or so one woman thought.
Danielle thought she bagged a bargain with the sweet rug[/caption] What arrived was a massive let down[/caption]Sharing the epic fail on the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, Danielle Cassidy was left in stitches when she realised the mistake she made.
The shopper thought she bought a large pink Princess rug with a fun hopscotch pattern on it for her daughter.
After spotting the rug on Shein she recommended other users in the group make the most of the bargain price.
But what actually arrived was so different.

She wrote: “I put a post on for a rug from Shein last week.
“This is what I ordered compared to what I got. I do apologise to anyone that has ordered one.”
Danielle shared a snap of the tiny rug she received, which was so small her eight month old kitten barely fit on it.
Some users were annoyed she recommended the rug before actually receiving it.

One jabbed: “What did you really expect for £4.50?”
Danielle added: “Just for the record I just looked at the pic and added it to bag and bought it.
“Blonde moment. I shared it as a laugh. Sorry for not being so perfect and don’t make mistakes like you Karen’s.”
Other users thought it was an easy mistake to make, one commented: “I think most of us have done this or nearly done this. Thanks for posting, it certainly made me laugh.”
