I made sausages rolls in my Air fryer, they looked and tasted as good as Greggs and it was so easy
A FOOD Influencer claims that she has come up with the perfect way to make a sausage rolls.
The wannabe chef she said this method only takes minutes to cook and is so good they rival high street bakery Greggs.

Using the handle Beckyexcell, she posted a reel on TikTok and shared the time saving her hack with her 186.9K followers.
Captioning the reel: “Lets Make Air Fryer Sausage Rolls.” Becky starts by saying: “I must admit I love a big sausage roll but Greggs just isn’t for me so I make my own.
“So the best way to do it I think is in the Air Fryer.”
Becky then shows her followers how she does it. She starts by using 400g of sausages of which she skins and mashes down.

Becky then cuts the prep time in half by using shop bought puff pastry.
She tells her viewers that if they fancy giving the rolls a little kick they could add a little mustard and urges her fans not to forget the egg to give the rolls a golden glaze.
Becky then lines a flat baking tray and lines the gluten free puff pastry. She the cuts the pastry into wide strips and adds the mustard at the bottom then adds sausage meat.
THE Influencer then brushes the sides of the pastry with the egg wash and then folds it over to cover and seal the meat.

Once folded, Becky crimps the edge of sides of the filled pastry parcels with a fork and this time brushes the rolls with the beaten egg.
Finally she cuts and slashes each parcel so that the will get the sausage roll finish.
Becky explains that the reason for the slashes in the rolls is to make sure that any excess fat drips through the Air Fryer basket so they are never soggy.
Becky then cuts the sausage rolls to size and places then in the Air Fryer basket to be cooked at 200C for 12 -14 minutes.

Then when the time is up the food fan revealed a gorgeous looking tray of hot Sausage rolls.
She finished the reel by saying: “If you are a bit of a sausage fan you just got to try these, they are epic.

The video attracted of five thousand likes and fans flocked to her page to comment and praise her on her mouth wateringly good looking sausage rolls.
One poster wrote: “Brilliant video I do these myself, they are awesome.”
Another fan added: “Greggs sausage rolls are good but not a patch on homemade ones And you’re right, they’re so easy.”
Some fans even commented on how to make the baked goodies taste even better.
