She went to Leyton around 5am with a companion, Sherelle Smith, 28, who is also accused of assaulting Hussein by punching and kicking her in the head.
Thames Magistrates Court heard the incident began as Boyea was driving to work in the early hours with her dog in the car when she saw two women flagging her car down as if they needed help.
O’Garro is accused of getting into the vehicle and shouting at the complainant, the prosecutor said.
The court heard Boyea switched off her engine and left the vehicle with O’Garro following her out before an altercation took place.
