Driver fined £600 as cam catches female passenger ‘performing high-risk act on him’ – but that’s NOT why he has to pay

A DRIVER has been fined after a female passenger was caught on camera performing a “high risk” act on him.

It wasn’t the motorist’s moment of pleasure that landed him in trouble but instead he was hit with the £600 penalty for not wearing a seat belt.

The picture was taken on the Pacific Motorway at Upper Coomera in Queensland, Australia.

It caused a social media stir after being shared on the ‘Phone and Seatbelt Detection Camera Locations Queensland’ Facebook page.

Users offered up their own cheeky suggestions for what they could see.

“Did someone fall asleep on your lap?” said one while another wrote “pretty sure they’re asleep lol”.

Others wondered what lay in store for the driver after the picture was made public.

“Imagine if that wasn’t the guys mrs and that fine got sent home to the wife. What a way to get busted,” said one user.

A Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads spokesperson slammed the passenger’s actions as “high risk behaviour”.

It could have resulted in serious consequences including the risk of death or serious injury in a crash, they said.

A spokesperson explained the incident resulted in an infringement notice and the loss of four demerits, along with the costly fine.

It comes after a couple in Sydney were filmed performing a bizarre sex act in broad daylight at a shopping precinct in the centre of Sydney.

A drinker at a nearby hotel bar filmed a young woman squatting behind a man as he bent over with his hands on his knees watched by horrified onlooker.

Last year a woman was filmed performing a sex act on her lover as he drives down the A1 in the UK.

The cheeky couple were keeping each other busy while they belted it down the A road – before blokes in a passing vehicle spotted them in the act.
