SHE always struggled to decorate her hallway for Christmas without it looking tacky.

But after coming across a TikTok video, Zoe Smith decided to give it a try in her own house – and was left delighted with the results.

She was thrilled with how “pretty” it made her hallway look[/caption]

“So glad i came across @.theresa.jones video,” Zoe captioned her own video on the social media site.

“I always struggled with decorating the hall without making it look tacky but I absolutely LOVE this.

“My hall looks so pretty.”

In the video, she showed what her hallway looked like before it was decorated.

She then showed the festive transformation, after using fairy lights and baubles to hang from her ceiling.

“Absolutely love this, definitely gonna try it,” one person commented on the video.

“Last year I did this but I put loads of candy cane and the round candy balloons, they looked so good,” another added.

“Try to add some of those too.”

“Oh my goodness I love it!” a third wrote.

“Would you say it’ll be worth going up the stairs too? As I want to do this this year!” another asked.

With Zoe replying: “I think it would look so nice up the stairs!

In Theresa’s TikTok tutorial, she revealed that she’d used tiny clear command strips to hold up the wires on the ceiling.
