Who is Nicola Bulley?

Nicola Bulley is a 45-year-old who works as a mortgage advisor.

She lives with her partner and children in Inskip, Lancashire.

Ms Bulley was reported missing on January 27, 2023.

Her parents Ernest and Dot Bulley have pleaded for anyone with information on their daughter’s disappearance to come forward.

In addition, her sister Louise Cunningham has spoken to Sky News about the pain and suffering the family are enduring.

When did Nicola Bulley go missing?

Nicola Bulley was last seen on January 27, 2023.

At the time she was in St Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, at around 9.15am.

The 5ft 3in mother-of-two was last spotted walking along a river path with her dog.

Her partner and children have been left in a state of limbo, not knowing the whereabouts of Ms Bulley.

Despite an extensive search by police over the weekend that followed, only her dog, a brown coloured spaniel was found.

At the time of her disappearance, Ms Bulley was wearing a long black gilet jacket with a hood and had her hair tied in a ponytail.

She had black jeans on with olive green ankle wellies.

Who is Nicola Bulley’s boyfriend?

Ms Bulley’s partner, Paul Ansell, is an engineer by trade.

The pair have been together for 12 years.

He has openly spoken about the hell the family are going through, not knowing what happened to her.

Recounting how he is having to tell the children why their mother is not there for “bedtime cuddles“, he was visibly distraught.

Mr Ansell had to break the news to her children that their mother was missing and has pleaded for answers.

They live in the village of Inskip in a £330,000 home together.

A further blow was dealt when a promising lead evaporated when the individual, another person walking their dog at the time, had not seen Ms Bulley at all.

Mr Ansell has described how the family are going through a “perpetual hell” as they try to locate Ms Bulley.

Her daughters broke down when he had to tell them “mummy’s lost”.

An extensive search continues, with many local residents helping out in trying to find more information.

Ms Bulley’s parents and sister have spoken about how her children “need her home“.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police on 101, quoting log 473 of January 27.
