Chanelle Hayes breaks down in tears as she reveals she’s struggling behind the scenes
CHANELLE Hayes broke down in a new post as she opened up about struggling behind the scenes.
The 35-year-old Big Brother legend shared a series a snaps on Instagram, with the first showing her in tears.
Chanelle then uploaded more photos showing her looking down as well as one of her hair falling out.
She captioned it: “If you’re anything like me this is how your conversations go:
“‘Hi how are you?!’
“‘Oh I’m fine thanks, you?’
“Sometimes I’m not fine. Sometimes I want to blurt out all my different problems and have someone just listen and not judge. But whenever I get that chance, I just say ‘fine’.”
Chanelle urged her followers: “Check in on your friends, touch base with your family, nip round to the neighbour…anything.”
She added: “To those of you feeling lost, scared, unsure and unable to communicate how you feel: if someone asks you how you’re doing today, please don’t say ‘fine’.”
Her honest post comes after she was snapped hitting the beach after losing 10 stone.
Chanelle confessed to having a secret gastric sleeve op in August 2020 after reaching 17st.
She said her extreme weight gain ruined her life and she refused to even leave the house as her confidence got so low.
