I weigh 300 pounds – dating can be difficult, but now I know men of all sizes are attracted to my fat body

A PLUS-SIZE woman is shutting down the haters and reminding those who look like her that their bodies are beautiful.

Danielle Amanda, who weighs 300 pounds, said that society’s fatphobic tendencies are the problem.

Amanda often shares advice and inspiring feedback for plus-size women on her TikTok (@confidentfearlessworthy).

Recently, she said she’s had enough of the negativity around “fatness.”

“I get that I talk a lot about how being single is difficult, and dating as a plus-size woman is difficult, and it is,” she began.

“But it’s only because of fatphobia in society.”

She said that when she began looking for a partner, she had to change her mindset.

“One of the things that I had to unlearn when I started dating again was thinking that nobody would be attracted to me.

“That it would be impossible for somebody to be attracted to me and my fat body, and that I would have to settle, otherwise I’d be alone for the rest of my life.”

Amanda said those beliefs are simply not true.

“There are men of all shapes, and sizes, and races, and ethnicities, that are attracted to me and my fat body.”

She thinks if other people saw the men she has dated and hooked up with in the past, they would be in total shock.

“I have showed pictures of the guys that I have dated to my friends and their jaws have dropped.

“It is a little insulting, but I understand.”

While it is “unfathomable” to some people that a woman who looks like Amanda could land hot guys, she said she has done so many times.

“All bodies can find love. All bodies are worthy of love.”

Amanda argues that society has been brainwashed into thinking certain people are dateable while others are not.

“It’s all bulls*** at the end of the day.

“So, if you have a preference that excludes an entire group of people, that means you’ve listened to what society has told you and you’ve never questioned it once, and you should probably do that.”

She ended with an empowering statement.

“Fat people are attractive, sexy, hot, lovable. And we will go out and find these things, whether you want us to or not.”

Viewers applauded her take.

“They really underestimate how many people are attracted to bigger bodies. Not ashamed to say I literally made a living off that for a good 5 years,” one woman admitted.

“Yes! People get so aggressively offended when they see how hot some of my past partners are and I’m small fat. I’m sure it’s 10x worse for larger women,” added another.
