Shamed Stephen Bear ‘broke behind bars’ as star’s company struck off before he’s jailed for 21 months
JAILED Stephen Bear went to huge lengths to look like a successful man – turning up at court in a white Rolls Royce in a string of flashy suits.
However, just days ago a firm owned by the Celebrity Big Brother winner, who boasted of his jet-set life on social media, was struck off.
Stephen Bear Enterprise Ltd was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on February 28 after failing to file accounts.
He formed the company in September 2021 for the “wholesale of clothing and footwear” and was the only listed director and secretary.
Bear, 32, was imprisoned today for sharing a secret sex tape with ex Georgia Harrison.
The reality star, 32, filmed the consensual sex on CCTV then made at least £40,000 on OnlyFans from uploading the clip.
Bear has now been jailed for 21 months after he was convicted of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs and films.
He was also placed on the Sex Offenders Register for ten years and was slapped with a five-year restraining order banning him from contacting Georgia.
Before being jailed, he liked to portray a life of lavish jet-setting – proposing to girlfriend Jessica Smith at Paris’ Moulin Rogue in January after being found guilty of revenge porn.
He regularly posed with luxury items and in 2021 claimed he had a cryptocurrency fortune worth $200,000.
He also turned up to court in a white Rolls-Royce smoking a cigar, with the OnlyFans model on his arm.
As he was taken down to the cells today, brazen Bear told the judge: “Have a good evening, enjoy your weekends everyone.”
Judge Christopher Morgan said that a jail term was the “only appropriate” punishment for Bear’s crimes.
He dismissed Bear’s claims he was not aware the CCTV was recording him and Georgia when they had sex in the garden.
The judge also said Bear “deliberately lied” when he told Georgia he had deleted the video so he could “exploit the economic value” of it.
Brave Georgia – who bravely waiving her anonymity to speak out against her ex – said she is “happy and relieved” the matter is over in a statement outside court.
She also thanked fans for their support after bravely waiving her anonymity to speak out against her ex.
The star added: “Today’s sentence is a vindication of what I’ve been put through and sends a clear message that the police and the courts take this matter very seriously.
“I want to let all other victims of this crime know that I stand in solidarity with them and I have absolutely no regrets in waving my anonymity.
“I hope that this puts anyone off committing this sort of crime and I hope for anyone else who’s been a victim of it, it gives them some sort of justice.”
Georgia earlier told the court how his antics turned her from a “happy go lucky” person to someone who suffers panic attacks.
She said she had so many attacks the Christmas following the video’s release that she was in hospital for the majority of the festive period.
Georgia added: “It’s my worst nightmare that any photo that should have been kept private would go public.
“When Stephen Bear filmed me without telling me it affected how I trust people. When I first saw the screenshot I felt physically sick.”
When a firm is struck off the owner loses access to company bank accounts and cannot send or receive money.
However, Stephen may have other sources of income outside of Stephen Bear Enterprise Ltd.
