Suki Panesar risks her own life to save daughter Ash in EastEnders
NISH Panesar is slowly showing how controlling, abusive and dangerous he is and takes his daughter as his new target.
Concerned for her well-being, Suki Panesar takes action to help Ash escape the Square next week in EastEnders.
The businesswoman portrayed by Balvinder Sopal is becoming more and more aware that she needs to get away from her villainous husband (Navin Chowdhry).
Next week on BBC One, she persuades him to spend more time at their business in Leeds – but will her plan work?
While that remains to be seen, Ash Panesar (Gurlaine Kaur Garcha) is over the moon when she gets re-offered a job in Canada and lets her father Nish know all about it.
But instead of being pleased for his daughter, Nish is adamant on getting Ash to stay in Walford and focus on the family empire, particularly the surgery.
He thus demands that Suki does everything in her power to dissuade their daughter from accepting the offer.
Suki has had a complex relationship with Ash but has definitely learned a thing or two from all the drama and she’s ready to push Ash out of the nest.
Wanting the young woman to spread her wings, Suki uses her manipulative tactics to get Ash to accept the job, mostly by suggesting that she isn’t capable of it.
As Suki predicted, Ash accepts the offer to spite her mother which then prompts the latter to tell Nish there was nothing she could do.
Suki and Nish reluctantly head to The Vic to celebrate Ash leaving but it’s soon clear the criminal is on to his wife.
He becomes enrages when he realises Suki lied to him and threatens her back at No.41.
Suki is clearly in danger but will she retaliate and stand up for herself?

Meanwhile, Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) has a heart-to-heart with Ash – who was once pining over her.
The former solicitor convinces Ash to have an honest conversation with Suki.
In later scenes, Ash speaks to Nish and convinces him to give her mother more responsibility with the family businesses – but will he accept?
What will Suki do?
