Nina Warhurst leaves BBC Breakfast fans seriously jealous as she brags about her ‘wifely duties’ at home
NINA Warhurst has left BBC Breakfast fans seriously jealous as she bragged about her ‘wifely duties’ at home.
The journalist keeps her followers amused with her social media posts, and regularly posts about her love of good food.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Monday, Nina, 41, posted a snap of various fruit on her table and wrote: “Me: New week new me.”
But soon after, she posted a video of her zooming in on a bag of prawn crackers and wrote across it: “Also me: Ooooo Friday’s leftover Prawn cracks are giving me the mid-morning wink.”
Nina then revealed she was sampling an array of dishes made by her husband Ted, who is a chef.
Alongside a snap of a roast miso aubergine dish with yoghurt rice, she wrote: “Hate it when the husband experiments with new dishes at home” alongside an eye roll emoji.
The next picture as of hummus with merguez topped with confit tomatoes.
The BBC Breakfast star captioned it cheekily: “Must I endure this relentless deliciousness for the remainder of our marriage?”
The last picture was of two empty plates with just the remnants of the dishes visible.
She wrote: “Wifely duties complete send me a medal pls.”
She added: “He did Palestinian with Japanese with Spanish, he’s so clever and modest and I love him.”
Meanwhile, Ted replied to Nina’s ‘complaint’ about having to endure his cooking and joked: “Not if you don’t want to. Anyone else interested in being my chief taster….?”
