I tried a load of Costco food court favourites, including their bargain pizza and churros – here’s what I really thought
A WOMAN has revealed her first impressions on a load of Costco food court favourites, including their bargain pizza and churros.
But despite rave reviews online, there are some items Kaitlyn would give a miss next time.
The foodie, known online as @kaitlyneats, regularly shares reviews on popular chains with her 13,900 followers.
In a new TikTok reel, she said: “Rating what I ate at Costco food court.”
First up, Kaitlyn tried a Chicken Bake – these are Folded Pizza Dough parcels, stuffed with chicken breast pieces, mozzarella Cheese and Bacon in a caesar Dressing.
This gained a mediocre score of just a six out of ten.
Next up was a slice of the bulk store’s viral Cheese Pizza, typically priced between $1.99 and $2.50 in the US. Again Kaitlyn wasn’t blown away, only awarding it a seven.
The Pepperoni version didn’t do much better, with Kaitlyn claiming it deserved a rating of 7.1.
Although the next time was one of her favourites – the Strawberry Sundae.
She said: “9/10, Why was this amazing?”
Kaitlyn then moved on to the store’s fresh sushi, but sadly wasn’t a fan.
She awarded the Salmon Roll just a two out of ten, and the Crunch Roll a three.
Luckily Costco redeemed itself, as she gave their Lemonade an eight.
Unlike what some of her followers said in the comments, the fast food fan only awarded their Churros a five – although this was upgraded to an 8.8 once dipped in the sundae.
Below the video, she added: “I truly do not know how this was my first time trying Costco’s hot food.”
Fans loved her honesty, with the video gaining more than 71,500 likes and 809,600 views.
In the comments, other TikTok users shared their reactions, with one writing: “Oh come on we all know all of this is a 10/10.”
“Need that strawberry sundae,” another said.
Kaitlyn replied: “Life-changing.”
A third put: “The churros used to be so much better, but they changed them.”
Someone else commented: “Now im gonna crave this for like weeks.”
