Dancing On Ice star reveals he’s found love with EastEnders actress after splitting from wife of 13 years
DANCING On Ice contestant Rufus Hound has found love once again with a stunning actress and has declared his love for her in a gushing online post.
The 44 year old comedian was not shy about showering his new partner in praise after splitting from his wife in 2020.
He is enjoying a relationship with his panto co-star Sally Hodgkiss[/caption]Rufus married Beth Johnson in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2007 but they split after 13 years together but it appears that funnyman Rufus has well and truly moved on.
Now, Rufus appears more loved-up than ever before with actress and one-time EastEnders star Sally Hodgkiss.
Sally appeared on the BBC soap opera in 2019 as a character named Steph, a temporary waitress at Masood’s restaurant, Walford East.
The couple attended the Glastonbury Festival together where they packed on the PDA.
Both of them later took to Twitter to share a series of photos from the Somerset festival as well as to gush over one another.
Writing first, budding actress Sally said: “Well @glastonbury 2023 was UNREAL!”
She then added: “P.s @RufusHound is the best person I ever met. So there’s that as well.”
Making his feelings known, Rufus went onto state it was a “blessing” to be Sally’s boyfriend.”
He wrote: “No-one has ever loved me as much as this woman and the best bit is she’s all things wonderful.
“It’s a blessing to be her boyfriend and she is my absolute best person that I didn’t make.
“She makes everything fun and good all the time.
“She’s sunshine and snogging and smiling all at once. It was the BEST time. Thanks @glastonbury. You remain as close to heaven as exists on earth.”
The lovebirds met after appearing alongside one another in pantomime last year.
They appeared in the 2022 Norwich Theatre production of Jack and the Beanstalk where love blossomed behind the scenes.
