I almost missed a hidden makeup gem at the back of the shelf at Dollar Tree – it’s $1.25 but cost $38 at Ulta
A FRUGAL shopper went on a makeup-finding mission that was not for the faint of heart.
She had to rummage through crowded displays before making the Dollar Tree discovery of her dreams.
“I almost missed this hidden gem at Dollar Tree,” said Kim (@kimnuzzolo).
Determined not to leave empty-handed, the beauty budgeter kept looking until she found it at the back of a shelf: a pricey Flesh eyeshadow palette.
And the best part was that it was only $1.25.
“Was sold at Ulta and retail is $38,” she explained.
And the surprise didn’t end there.
This shocked treasure hunter had found quite the money-saving stockpile.
“They had so many,” exclaimed the Dollar Tree devotee.
There appeared to be dozens of the beauty deal palettes piled on top of each other.
One suspicious follower wondered if there was a reason the eyeshadows were hidden away.
“Do you think an employee stocked them like that so they could buy them?” she asked.
Kim opened the front of the sparkly case to reveal nine shimmering shades including pinks and purples.
The Flesh fleshcolor starshine eyeshadow palette could indeed be seen selling at $38 from Ulta, leaving many just as surprised as Kim.
“Wow!” exclaimed this impressed follower.
“Thank you for sharing,” said this grateful beauty lover.
“Need to go to Dollar Tree,” another viewer chimed in.
