Woman with glass skin shares skincare secret which includes two-ingredient DIY face mask that’s ‘better than Botox’
DREAMING of having flawless skin but can’t afford to fork out for botox or expensive skincare treatments?
Determined that 2024 will be the year that A WOMAN has shared her secret to having ‘glass skin’ and claimed her homemade remedy is “better than botox“.
The beauty pro shared her hack via a video posted to her TikTok channel, where she often posts homemade anti-ageing treatments.
‘Glass skin’ means your complexion is crystal-clear and poreless and is a popular beauty trend in Korea.
The TikToker , who has flawless skin, claimed in her video that her homemade treatment is “better than botox“, before giving readers a demonstration.
To make the treatment, the skincare whizz took a spoonful of aloe vera gel and added it to a cup.
She then added a spoonful of coconut oil and mixed both of the ingredients together and voila, the homemade treatment is complete.
The TikToker rubbed the treatment on her skin and showed off her flawless complexion.
Aloe vera is claimed to reduce the appearance of fine lines, whereas coconut oil helps to hydrate your skin, which wards off wrinkles.
The Tiktoker also has a Youtube channel @mehglow, which she uses to post DIY skincare treatments.
The bio to her YouTube page states: “This channel is all about DIY on Skincare Remedies for how to achieve Korean Glass skin at Home.

In one video, she makes a face mask from rice flour and milk that is said to help achieve glass skin.
In another video, she makes a mixture out of aloe vera gel, glycerin and vitamin E which can be applied to the hands and feet overnight to get rid of cracked and dry skin.
