‘Irresponsible’, rant furious Love Island fans as most controversial Islander ever is in talks to return to All Stars
LOVE Island fans have hit out at show bosses after hearing one of the most controversial Islanders is in talks to return on spin off show All Stars.
Faye Winter told the Sun that she might be ready to hop on a plane and find love in the villa again, but viewers have been left concerned by the suggestion.
While some people think she has matured since she was last on the programme, many others are worried that she will flare up emotionally again.
The Devon beauty had her behaviour objected to more than any other Love Island contestant ever, receiving a whopping 36,324 Ofcom complaints in 2021.
She experienced the backlash after a furious showdown with her partner Teddy Soares, who she screamed at and called “two-faced p***k”.
Viewers branded the uncomfortable clash “toxic” and “difficult to watch”.
And it seems they might not be ready for round two.
One person hit out at the idea of her making a comeback, saying: “PLEASE I cannot see Faye on my tv again I rebuke it.”
Another agreed: “She ruined season 7 for me and if she was cast again she would ruin the All Stars season for me. She genuinely makes me feel uncomfortable and on edge when I watch her.”
A couple of concerned Love Island fans also voiced their opinions that she is not stable enough for the programme, saying: “She absolutely shouldn’t be going on this show for a second time.
“I was a big Faye fan but I think we can all agree that we watched somebody self-destruct and verbally attack someone based on their own insecurities. It’d be irresponsible to cast her again wtf.”
A second added: “Love Faye! She was such a personality but I think she had real trust issues on the show and some of her outbursts she did not seem like she was in her body. Unfortunately the producers took advantage of this in S7. Absolutely loved her though!!”
