Ashley Bowden (@ashley_bowden84) is steadily growing a following on TikTok, where she shares a glimpse into her life as a mom of three.
The fitness fanatic took to the social media platform to reveal the beauty products she uses before bed to keep her skin youthful.
“I always get told I don’t look my age,” read the text over the video. “This is my nighttime ritual to nourish my skin.”
She tied her hair out of the way using a fluffy cherry print headband before using a foaming cleanser and a brush to lightly remove her eye makeup.
She splashed her face with water and lightly patted her skin with a cloth but kept it damp enough to apply another cleanser.
Ashley showed that she was using Byroe’s Kiwi detox gel cleanser which costs $38.
It has a perfect five-star rating on the brand’s website and hundreds of reviews claiming it makes skin soft while improving conditions such as acne and blemishes.
One happy customer said the cleanser feels like having a “professional facial” with every use, while another said it has a “luxurious creamy texture” that leaves their skin feeling clean.
Ashley used a cloth and cotton pads to remove the gel cleanser before continuing her skincare routine.
“Exfoliating regularly is key to healthy glowing skin,” she said.
She used Higher Education’s Grinding Away skin polishing scrub which costs $35 on Amazon.
According to the brand, it is suitable for all skin types and improves skin texture by buffing away dead skin cells that can cause uneven tone and dullness.
Shoppers have given it a 4.7-star rating while penning glowing reviews claiming they can’t go without face scrubs as part of their routine.

Ashley used a damp cloth to remove the product before applying a moisturizer followed by Wander’s staycation hydrating mask which costs $38.
“Don’t forget your neck and decollete,” she said while using her fingertips to tap the mask onto her skin.
She left it on while brushing her teeth and seemed to still have it on as she applied a night cream and Nena’s mineral eye cream for $30.
The ageless beauty then covered her face with retinol and applied a lip mask.
Vagimas’s boquita de rosa lip maks is $18 on the brand’s website, where it claims the rosehip, agave, and papaya makes lips “kissably soft.”
“Lip mask because your lips need love too,” Ashley said.
She finished her beauty routine by brushing her hair and gently combing her false eyelashes.
She captioned the post, writing: “I was fortunate enough to have been taught good skin care at a fairly young age and that’s what inspired me to become an esthetician.
“38 isn’t so bad when people mistake you for being in your 20s.”
The video racked up hundreds of likes after going viral and a flood of viewers took to the comment section complimenting Ashley on her youthful appearance.
“Please share your products, I need skin like yours,” one person wrote. “You look fantastic babe!” another chimed in.
