I make £5k in a weekend at home with my easy side hustle – anyone can do it and I watch TV at the same time

DO you want to work from home but also rake in thousands in just one weekend?

This is the reality from one woman who can make £5,000 in a matter of days thanks to her magnet-making business.

Alesia sells hundreds of magnet photo sets each week via her My Heart Printed business

Alesia, from Ohio, sells her photo magnets for £20 for a set of nine.

On her @myheartprinted account, she regularly shows the start to finish process of making her DIY products.

The satisfying videos have helped her rack up a million likes on TikTok and over 70,000 followers, which unsurprisingly leads to a large volume of sales.

In a clip that she posted last month, she wrote: “New weekend record selling my ‘silly magnets.’”

The business is certainly anything but silly as she earned $6,297.48 (£4,976) from her hard work.

First she prints out the photos, and she puts nine photos on a single page, with the tenth slot being saved for a barcode so people can order more snaps.

Alesia then uses a cutting machine to press out each photo.

Then, she puts them individually in a machine to add the plastic to the front of the photo, and the business owner showed them being ejected into a basket.

After piling them high so she doesn’t mix up orders, she then adds the magnetic back.

Finally she adds them to a velvet bag and box to be shipped to customers.

The TikToker said she’d managed 270 sets in one weekend, and managed to get her speed up to four minutes per set – all while watching her favourite TV shows in the background.

And Alesia also pointed out that she’s managed to out earn her husband thanks to her business.

One person wrote: “Wow!!!! You’re killin it. Way to go!”

Another added: “You made 6k in a WEEKEND?!!”

A third commented: “Got my order and they are awesome, great quality!”
