Charity Dingle attacks Moira as she struggles to cope in Emmerdale
HARRY’s death weighs heavy on Charity Dingle’s conscience and she’s having a hard time keeping up appearances.
Spiralling out of control, the Emmerdale favourite ends up attacking Moira Dingle. Could it lead to her revealing everything she knows?
Despite Harry’s death being ruled an accident by authorities, Charity Dingle’s crisis of conscience continues next week on ITV as she struggles to cope with her guilt.
Regular viewers of the Yorkshire-based program will remember that the Woolpack owner portrayed by Emma Atkins shot Harry in an attempt to save Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) from a sad demise.
And while this meant she could enjoy a lifetime with the hunk, Charity is failing to take her mind off the fact that she killed a man – but she’s not alone in her struggle.
Coming up, Charity and Mack are both struggling but can’t open up to each other how they are feeling.
The following day, Charity’s exhausted after another restless night and snaps at her son Moses.
Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) is concerned for her grandmother as she struggles to deal with the lack of sleep.
When she receives a call from his school, Moses reveals that he was fighting over rumours about Charity being a murderer.
Charity’s gutted to see just how much Harry’s death has impacted not only her own but also her children’s lives.
In later scenes, she worries how long she can continue pretending she’s alright.
Meanwhile, Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb) is disappointed to learn that her own son Isaac started the rumours about Charity.
Feeling responsible, she resolves to put things right, particularly as Charity is still a part of her brother Mackenzie’s life.
Finding Charity, Moira apologises to her but when a loud bang sends Charity into a panic, the farmer is concerned to see how much she seems to be struggling.
When Moira tries to touch her, Charity snaps and pins her against the wall, clearly in a state of utter distress.
What will Moira do?
The wife of Cain Dingle is expected to be thrown into her own turmoil as she’s been teased to make a huge confession to a struggling villager.

“Moira’s going to make a big confession to one of our villagers. It’s a secret from her past that she’s going to reveal”, soap boss Laura Shaw teased.
The producer added: “Moira does it to try to help the person that she’s talking to, but how is that person going to react when they find out Moira’s deepest, darkest secret?”
Could Charity be the one to hear Moira’s secret, despite tensions that have plagued their relationship in the past?
