Three of Giovanni Pernice’s dance partners are still feuding with him years on say Strictly fans after spotting ‘clue’
STRICTLY fans have said that three of Giovanni Pernice’s former dance partners are still feuding with him years after spotting a ‘clue’.
It comes after The Sun revealed that Amanda Abbington, 51, had demanded for footage of her rehearsals with partner Giovanni following on from clashes between the pair.

One fan pointed out on Reddit that they thought there is a “divide” amongst his partners.
They wrote: “I thought it was telling that Georgia, Laura, and Ranvir all commented supportively on Amanda’s leaving post.
“There seems to be a clear divide among his partners,” another said.
Amanda revealed the news on Instagram and wrote: “It is with deepest regret that I had to leave Strictly.
“I did not come to this decision easily or lightly but for personal reasons I am unable to continue.
“It was an absolute joy working with my fellow contestants, they are a beautiful, hardworking and talented group of people who I love and who I will miss seeing every Friday and Saturday and competing alongside.
“I want to thank the incredible Production team and everyone on Strictly who looked after me and who are so kind and caring.
“It’s a wonderful bunch of people and I’ll miss all of them.
I’m so sad that I am unable to go any further.
“Thank you to everyone who voted and who sent wonderful messages and inspiring support.
“You are all amazing. Truly. Thank you. xxx.”
It comes after it was revealed that Giovanni is set to return to the BBC tonight.
Strictly bosses have backed him following the fallout with Amanda.
The professional dancer will be joining The Traitors spin-off show Uncloaked, alongside The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett.
An insider said: “It’s no secret Gio and Amanda had a tricksy relationship — but there are two sides to every story.
“Bosses arranged a call between his management and show execs to discuss recent coverage and make sure he was OK as obviously he’s faced a hell of a lot of stick over the past couple of months.
“The feeling is he is a tough taskmaster, but hasn’t bullied or abused anyone.
“The BBC see him as a key face of Strictly and will do all they can to support him.”
Weeks before Amanda’s departure The Sun revealed how Amanda and Giovanni clashed during training.
The actress threatened to quit over the dance pro’s “militant” attitude to training.
