I made a terrible makeup mistake in the cold weather – I walked around Boston all day looking like I’d lost my mind

A DAY in Boston has gone awry after one woman realized her makeup mistake.

She had been walking around the city all day long in the cold weather before realizing the mishap.

Rae (@justaregularwhitegirl) filmed her reaction to seeing her face after realizing the cosmetic blunder in a video on TikTok.

“I was just about to make a video, and now I don’t have the slightest idea what it was going to be about,” she said, analyzing her face in the camera.

“I’ve been walking around running errands in the cold for hours, and I’ve been reapplying this lip balm over and over because my lips get really dry in the cold and the wind,” she added.

Rae clearly had a glossy tint applied sloppily all around her mouth.

“I did not realize that they had color, so I’ve just been applying it haphazardly,” she said.

“I’m usually not super concerned, like, what I look like walking around.

“I’m wearing sweatpants, but I literally look like chocolate boy from Hey Arnold right now,” she added.

The gloss is called the Saltair Lip Oil Balm Conditioning Lip Oil, $9.

“If you saw me walking around in Boston today, I have not lost my mind,” she said.

The video drew in many viewers who weighed in on the makeup issue in the comment section.

“At least you know it has great color payoff,” one wrote.

“You influenced me, because that pigment is bomb,” another chimed in.

“Girl I thought you went to town on a jar of Nutella before I saw that lip balm,” a third commented.

“Reminds me of the time I ducked into a Blue Mercury before a job interview on a 98 degree day and accidentally used the brunette dry shampoo and I was platinum blonde,” yet another wrote.
