A FIT mom has caught her leg day slip up on camera, learning the hard way that her leggings were not up for the challenge.

The mortifying wardrobe malfunction made her realize she needed to switch up her style for lower-body workouts.

Diana (@locamilan) filmed herself breaking a sweat in the gym in a video on TikTok.

She referred to the embarrassing moment as a “gym fail.”

The mom wore black “booty scrunch” leggings and a light aqua-blue crop top.

She showed a clip of herself squatting weights on the hack squat machine.

With each squat, her underwear appeared to show at the bottom of the movement.

A keyhole detail bearing skin at the top of her leggings was the culprit of the outfit issue.

“These leggings are not for leg day. F**k my life,” she said, adding in the caption, “Wardrobe malfunction.”

The video resonated with one fitness fan who gave her two cents on the outfit issue in the comment section.

“Oh my that’s my biggest fear,” she said. “Congrats on fixing it and continuing, I would not have haha.”

Diana is clearly no stranger to the gym and all the potential quirks that come with getting a regular workout in.

In yet another video she detailed how getting adequate exercise can sometimes pose a challenge, highlighting the importance of going through with it anyway.

“Some days are harder to keep going,” she said. “[But] tomorrow will be better.”

She filmed herself doing good mornings using an Olympic barbell with weights.
