One fitness influencer would agree, standing on business on her going-commando stance.

The blonde danced in her kitchen as she contemplated an imaginary scenario in her head.
Although she was a big fan of going without underwear, for a moment she considered what she would pick if she was offered an incentive for wearing it.
“POV: 5 minutes gets added to your life every time you wear underwear,” she said.
Although some would argue that the offer seemed enticing enough, Jes remained steadfast in her beliefs.
She charged into her kitchen, revealing her decision as she lip-synched to her song of choice.
“Don’t you know who I am? Remember my name, I’m going to… die. young,” she joked.
The influencer quickly summarized that she believed it was much healthier to go without underwear.
She argued that those who knew the benefits knew the truth.
“IYKYK,” she said, with hashtag #womenshealth, using shorthand for “If you know, you know.”
People had conflicting opinions on her philosophy but many members in the commando club agreed with her stance, saying that once you lose the undies, you never went back.
“Ditched those a** prisons six years ago and haven’t looked back, I only wear them one week per month if you feel me,” said one adamant commenter.
“I actually just threw away all my underwear. I’ve gone so long without it, I can’t even wear it for five minutes without getting instantly p*ssed,” said another.
“I stopped wearing them 17 years ago after a knee injury where I couldn’t bend my knee for weeks! Haven’t looked back!” said a third.
