I asked for a glam manicure for my 19th birthday – people say the ‘nail tech chose violence’ and they wouldn’t pay

A BEAUTY fan was left less than impressed after she left the nail salon with a disappointing manicure.

Despite showing a reference photo, the woman’s nails looked nothing like her vision.

In her video, Ginny (@ginnywillow1) showed her followers the manicure she got ahead of her 19th birthday.

The TikToker gave her viewers a glimpse of her at the salon, including a shot of her reference pic open on her phone.

Ginny had planned to get pointed nail extensions with diamond detailing.

The light pink color gradient on the manicure transitioned to a clear tip.

To honor the occasion, Ginny wanted to get the number 19 stenciled onto two of her fingers in cursive.

However, when she looked down at her finished manicure she was surprised by the result.

Ginny used a viral TikTok sound of a woman having a meltdown over her failed manicure to illustrate her feelings.

“I’m literally crying over my nails right now because they’re so ugly,” the TikToker said.

Ginny’s finished nails featured square tips that were painted all over in a beige color.

The number 19 had been shakily painted onto two of her fingernails.

However, the look was still far from what Ginny had planned.

“Happy 19th, babes,” she joked in the caption of the clip.

Her followers shared their thoughts on the beauty blunder in the comments section.

“The nail tech chose violence,” wrote one unimpressed viewer.
