I’m screaming, crying, throwing up over my thrift store find – I got $700 chain detail real designer flats for $8
A BARGAIN hunter couldn’t believe her luck when she stumbled upon designer shoes for less than $10.
She said the thrift find made her “whole life.”
Monica Paulino (@monicampaulino) is an avid second-hand shopper who knows a steal when she sees one.
That’s why she was so excited with her slingback mules.
“I’d like to take a moment to thank the incredibly kind people that donate designer stuff to the thrift store, because you literally make my whole life,” she began in the clip.
Calling it “one of the best things [she’s] thrifted in the last six months,” she held up the black flats in excitement.
She filmed herself still sitting in the car, as she couldn’t wait to get home to share her good news.
“They’re Givenchy little flats with a slingback and chain detail.”
While the pair retails new for $700, which she called “insane,” she got them for a fraction of that price.
“They were $10.99 at my thrift store, but I had a coupon, so I paid $8.25.
“Absolutely out of control. By far the best thing I found. I cannot believe people donate this.”
She emphasized how amazed she was with the find in her caption, writing: “Screaming, crying, throwing up.”
Viewers applauded her luck and shared their own thrifting experiences.
“What an amazing find!” one person wrote.
“Gorgeous! I found my Gucci handbag at Goodwill for $14 – way better than the original $2,000 price tag,” added another.
