My 6-ingredient recipe is amazing when I ‘feel like a scrambled egg,’ it fights acne and bloating too
A BEAUTY and health blogger has shown how she makes her morning elixir to reduce brain fog.
You don’t need a juicer for her six-ingredient tonic, which helps her when she’s not feeling her best.
She said it helps fight acne, bloating, and brain fog[/caption]Instagram user Ashley Paige (@ashleypaige.w) showed how to make green juice with a blender.
She started with a cup of pineapple.
“This is going to naturally sweeten the juice,” she said.
Then she added one large cucumber, two lemons without the rind, four ribs of celery, and an inch of fresh ginger.
For the ginger, you don’t have to cut the skin off. You just make sure it is cleaned well.
Then top off the rest of the mixture with “whatever green you have.”
Ashley added spinach in the video, but she said it’s “super yummy” with kale.
Before you blend, add water or coconut water “for extra electrolytes.”
Strain the pulp with a nut bag, or you can use a clean kitchen towel.
Ashley said she saves the pulp and adds it to her smoothies for extra nutrients.
Then she pours it into glass bottles so she has fresh juice to drink every morning.
The vlogger said the juice helps reduce brain fog, acne, and bloating.
“When I feel like a scrambled egg, this juice saves me,” she captioned the post.
People in the comments said the juice made their mouths water.
“This looks so refreshing,” one person said.
