I’m 32 and have aged backward in the past 6 years – changes that actually made an impact, don’t make a TikTok mistake
AN aesthetic nurse has put her knowledge to good use and turned back the clock.
She is 32 but has aged backward in the past six years — and she revealed just how she did it.
This Texan lady listed the changes that made an impact, but don’t make a TikTok mistake she warned.
Adriana Culling (@the_austin_injector) has 14,000 followers on the video-sharing platform.
She is unabashed about her love for beauty at the touch of a needle, and fans love her honesty.
Adriana demonstrated the difference her skincare routine has made by posting two photos in one of her posts.
One was taken in 2018 and the other recently.
“My untouched [younger face],” she said. “And my 32-year-old face touched by lots of filler, Botox, micro-needling, chemical peels, and good skincare.”
She shows no sign of changing her anti-aging routine.
“Because it makes me feel good and I still look ‘natural,'” she said.
“I love my face in both stages of life. I may be biased, but I think you can look natural and feel your best with some Botox and filler,” she wrote.
Fans were keen to know how Adriana achieved her age-defying looks.
“All the things I’ve done to my face and what I think makes a difference,” she said in another of her posts.
She admits she is fortunate to be able to afford these treatments because of her career and business.
“I’m an aesthetic nurse injector, so I do have more access to this stuff,” she wrote.
“But I want to give you a list of things that I think made an impact,” she said.
Some things were not up for negotiation as she explained,”I would not give up Desport or Botox.
“I do my Desport every five months. I do my full face, my upper face, my lower face, and my platysma [neck area].”
Consistency with skin is huge.

There was no area untouched and she also had filler in her midface and under her eyes.
But she credited all this work to her glowing and youthful visage.
“I think that and my skincare routine, and probably microneedling are the things that made the biggest impact on my face,” she said.
Microneedling is a process that stimulates the skin’s healing process, so it produces more collagen and elastin.
Don’t forget about basic skincare, she said.
“Consistency with skin is huge. And it takes time and I think that’s the biggest thing I see people kind of mess up on,” she warned.
“They’re using too many products, they’re switching them up all the time, they’re seeing a trend on TikTok,” she wrote.
“I generally recommend starting very simply adding things in depending on what your skin needs.”
Commenters were blown away by how amazing she looked.
“That’s a glowup, ma’am. Wow,” said one person.
“You look amazing. Filler and Botox don’t have to be bad. I love it,” another said.
And her frankness was appreciated by another person as they wrote, “I love the honesty. Thank you for sharing. You look amazing.”
