Kandy (@kandys.life.hey) has over 14,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares her life in the Netherlands.

She took to the social media platform to reveal how she avoids an awkward camel toe situation when wearing figure-hugging gym leggings.

“I am going to give you the best method because I have tried everything,” she said.

“A lot of fit influencers like Krissy Cela and Mia, who I love to follow, have said they go commando in the gym.”

Kandy looked ready to workout as she donned a stylish black sports bra and gray Effortless seamless leggings, which cost $55 from Oner Active.

However, she showed the undesired outline of her labia majora which happens when she tries to go commando in the tight-fitting leggings.

“Now keep in mind that we are built differently,” she said referring to her vagina.

“And she is a fat girl so the commando thing just doesn’t work for me.

“I tried the panty liner trick, which is a g-string panty liner that you can fold around your panty or g-string.”

Kandy held up a g-string with the panty liner wrapped around it as she explained the hack doesn’t always work.

“This worked really great for catching sweat or juices while you’re training and also preventing the camel,” she said.

“However, on your skin-like tights or seamless, you would still kind of see the scrunchie bit of the panty liner.

“I highly recommend this if you’re wearing pants with a seam in front or something with a little bit of texture.

“That will take care of the camel toe.

“But when it comes to tights like this that show the camel easily, you want to invest in some seamless underwear that has a pocket.”

Kandy said the g-string hack only works when wearing leggings that have a seam at the front or are textured

Kandy suggested cutting up padded cups that come with bras into the shape of the underwear.

She demonstrated putting the material into the pocket on the crotch area of the seamless underwear before showing how it should look if cut correctly.

“Make sure to cut a piece of the bottom off because you want this line to just cover the part where it starts splitting,” she said demonstrating.

“You don’t want it too high up because it will create a bulge.”

The fitness fanatic showed how the underwear should look with the cup inside and then showed how it looks with the leggings on.

“As you can see no camel, no funny bits, problem solved,” she said.

Over 4,100 people liked the video and Kandy reassured viewers that the underwear hack stays in place even when squatting.

“Thank you for this OMD [oh my days],” one person commented.

“I get so embarrassed going to the gym because I feel exposed but I will try the padding trick.”

“The most honest and helpful advice. Thank you,” another wrote.

“This is genius,” a third said. “Best hack of life hehe,” Kandy replied.

“You’re a lifesaver… thank you for the tip!” another added.
