Towie’s Jordan Brook show off incredible body transformation with help from Geordie Shore legend
JORDAN Brook has shown off an incredible body transformation after teaming up with a Geordie Shore legend.
Towie star Jordan, 28, appeared in new snaps revealing he’s been putting in some serious hard work at the gym.
Geordie Shore‘s James Tindale, who is also a personal trainer, shared the photos and heaped praise on his pal.
He wrote: “Proud of the work @jordanbrook11 has been putting in for going away to film the latest series of Towie in Bali.”
Jordan’s girlfriend and James’ co-star Sophie Kasaei was among the first to comment, writing: “Great team work well done lads.”
He is currently in Bali filming the upcoming series of The Only Way is Essex.
The Sun recently revealed partners, including Sophie, had been banned from the trip.
But, at the last minute, James ‘Diags’ Bennewith was allowed to bring his girlfriend Jodie Wells – causing uproar from the cast.
Meanwhile Sophie recently broke her silence on rumours the couple are engaged.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: “I’m not engaged! I’ve said to Jordan specifically not to propose any time soon because Charlotte [Crosby] needs her engagement party.
“It’s all about Charlotte at the minute so let her have her time – and then I want it to be all about me. It would just be the worst timing to ever be proposed to right now.”
Sophie added: “Me and Jordan have only been together for just over a year – we’ve only just moved in together.”
