My holy grails are the most underrated makeup at Target – a $4 highlighter gives you a ‘lit from within’ glow
A MAKEUP fan has shared her go-to drugstore buys, including a $4 highlighter that she feels is “underrated.”
She urged viewers to check out her holy grail beauty products, available at Target.
Cortney (@cortneydryden) shared the makeup recommendations in a TikTok video.
“Let me quickly show y’all the most underrated beauty products at Target,” she said.
She picked out a $3 L.A. Girls lipliner in the shade Sugar & Spice, a $4 Essence Nude Pencil Liner, and their $4 Waterproof Eyeliner Pen.
“While you’re in the Essence section, their Pure Nude Highlighter. It’s like a lit-from-within glow,” she said, holding up the $4 buy.
Cortney also adored the $7 Juno & Co’s MicroFiber Velvet Sponge.
“The pink one specifically, my personal favorite sponge, and only $7,” she said.
She recommended the $19 Sigma Switch Instant Shade Remover to clean a makeup brush in between looks for those who do a bunch of eyeshadow looks.
Speaking of eyeshadow, her pick for eye looks was the $12 Jason Wu Wu-Prime Eye.
“The Jason Wu palette is good but the eye primer is everything. My store doesn’t carry it but if you can find it, get it,” she urged.
To apply cream products, she chose the $8 Elf Complexion Brush.
“These are a need for cream blush and bronzer,” she said.
Those with dry skin will also appreciate her setting spray favorite.
“If you have dry skin or powdery makeup, Pixi’s Hydrating Milky Mist will be your new favorite setting spray,” she said, holding up the $15 holy grail.
For lashes, the beauty fan opted for the $12 NYX Vegan Jumbo Lash! in Fringe Glam and $13 Lilly Lashes.
For skincare, Cortney chose the $15 Hero Cosmetics Exfoliating Jelly Cleanser.
She even had fragrance favorites, picking out the $27 Good Chemistry Sugar Berry perfume.
“Sugar Berry is just so unique and lasts all day long,” she said.
