Big Brother star left ‘absolutely devastated’ after family home is ‘ransacked’ with ‘everything’ taken
A BIG Brother star was left “absolutely devastated” after his family home was broken into and everything was taken.
Cristian MJC, whose real name is, Matthew Clarkson took to Instagram to show fans the shocking state he found the home in.
He posted a photo showing his patio door’s windows smashed in and furniture strewn about.
He captioned the post: “This weekend has been the worst. My family home was smashed into and completely ransacked.
“Everything is gone, All valuable and irreplaceable sentimental heirlooms. Absolutely devastated.”
Matthew followed up with a statement that read:” You never imagine it will happen to you, but it can.
“Take security seriously. Kit your house out with cameras, lights, interior, exterior, the lot…
“Fortunately everyone is ok and we still have our cats.”
Matthew rose to fame after appearing on Big Brother back in 2015.
The star made it all the way to the final alongside Danny Wisker, Nick Henderson, Jack McDermott, Chloe Wilburn and Joel Williams with Chloe taking the series victory.
Jasmine Lennard was also on the series but was axed after being accused of making “Islamaphobic” as well as “transphobic” comments on her social media.
After his stint on the show, Matthew launched his solo music career.
He is now a resident DJ and a travel creator often brining fans along to various holidays destinations and resorts.
