GEORDIE Shore star Bethan Kershaw has been cruelly trolled after showing off her ‘real’ body.
The reality TV star revealed that she had been inundated with vile messages which branded her “chubby” and “a whale”.
Trolls had littered that star’s TikTok account with nasty messages which forced the star to hit back.
Bethan, who describes herself as a “mid size woman”, took a screengrab of various different messages that she had been subjected to.
In one of the comments, Bethan was branded a “chubby princess”.
Someone else disgustingly wrote to the star: “You have put the timber onnnn girl.”
As another appeared to shockingly make a connection between the star and a whale as they wrote: “Do you prefer whale?”
Bethan has become a champion of body positivity since rising to fame and is no stranger to showing off her body online.
Responding to the wicked comments, Bethan said: “Good morning, oh what a beautiful day it is to be on the internet as a mid size woman xx.”
The flood of comments came weeks after the MTV favourite sent temperatures soaring when she stripped off to a variety of different lingerie sets for Valentine’s Day.
Bethan stunned as she wore black, white, and red lingerie sets, all made up of see-through lace.
Despite her recent trolling, Bethan did receive some favourbale comments as fans praised her for being a “natural” role model.
One fan commented: “I wish I had your confidence. You’re more stunning than the models who advertise these.”
Another added: “These sets look beautiful on you.”
A third penned: “So refreshing to see this on natural woman’s body.”
Bethan quit the MTV show that propelled her into a household name last year amid rumours of a fall out with long-time pal Chloe Ferry.
A show insider revealed: “Bethan made the decision that she didn’t want to go back for another series of Geordie Shore.
“She wasn’t sacked, it was her own choice – she just felt like she has grown apart from a lot of the cast and didn’t feel like she had a place among the group anymore.
“The show just isn’t the right fit for her at this moment in her life and she is looking forward to the next chapter.”
Bethan and Geordie Shore’s Chloe Ferry had a falling out after Chloe’s father passed away in 2021, with Chloe feeling unsupported by Bethan.
During the reunion series that aired last year, it seemed like the pair reconciled and set aside their differences but sources soon insisted that relations had soured once again soon after.
