‘Best thing ever’ scream Costa Coffee fans as chain launches ‘delicious’ new latte flavour…and it’s here to stay

0

COFFEE lovers are going wild for two fan-favourite flavours recently released by their favourite chain.

Costa Coffee is renowned for its limited edition, seasonal menus with drinks to die for – but, this time, two of their best drinks are here to stay.

The Cinnamon Bun Latte and Iced Cinnamon Bun Latte drinks are here to stay

Costa Coffee has just revealed that the Cinnamon Bun Latte and Iced Cinnamon Bun Latte drinks are here to stay.

Taking to Facebook to share the news, the popular chain posted a pic of the two new drinks alongside the caption: “Treat your taste buds to a new flavour with our Cinnamon Bun syrup.”

The post has already amassed hundreds of likes from eager fans, who are dying to get their hands on one of the drinks.

One social media user wrote: “Best thing ever! So glad it’s staying.”

Another added: “Tried a cinnamon bun latte yesterday. Delish!!!”

While a third said: “So glad the cinnamon syrup is back at last!!”

Costa confirmed in the comment section that both the ordinary latte and the iced latte options are officially here to stay.

While these new flavours are here to stay, also joining them for a brief period are Costa’s seasonal spring drinks.

As of March 14, Costa has re-introduced their Easter menu, which includes:

  • KitKat Frappe from £4.30 – the indulgent creamy blended chocolate Frappe topped with light whip is coming back
  • KitKat Mocha from £4.25 – the perfect combination of espresso blended with hot chocolate, topped with light whip and sprinkled with crunchy KitKat pieces.
  • KitKat Hot Chocolate from £4.10 – made with Costa’s signature hot chocolate and topped with light whip.

Each KitKat drink will be served with a free KitKat chocolate Easter bunny as well.

Coffee fans with a sweet tooth can also indulge in the new Blooming Lovely Chocolate Cake, the Carrot and Walnut Cake, a Chocolate Muffin with KitKat Bunny, Mini Egg Cookie, or Chocolate Cornflake Nest.

What else is on the Costa Coffee menu?

Fans have been going crazy for these latest Easter treats, with dozens taking to an online snack reviewing page to share the news.

One person said: “Had the KitKat Frappe today and I’m obsessed. Delicious.”

A second added: “Omg I’m going to need to go try this KitKat hot chocolate now.”

And a third commented: “I want that muffin,” while a fourth person said: “I’m sooo excited.”

The new menu launch comes after Costa revealed it will be opening 11 new cafe sites in Sainsbury’s supermarkets throughout the year.

Costa has spent over £3million on the investment and the new stores will create over 100 job opportunities.

The move builds on the coffee chain’s ongoing partnership with the supermarket giant with more than 1,000 Costa Express machines in its stores and petrol stations which sold 10m cups of coffee in 2023 alone.
