The Sky Sports presenter appeared on stage at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham ahead of the darts action.
She was joined by Wayne Mardle and Mark Webster as she caught the eye in a black dress with white polka dots.
Paton paired the dress with matching black tights and boots in front of an exciting crowd in the West Midlands.
